Turmeric Curry Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Fettuccine, 250g, cooked
Cooking oil, 2T
Asian Organics Coconut Milk, 1 cup
Asian Organics Yellow Curry Paste, 2T
Asian Organics Turmeric Powder, 1T
Desired meat or seafood, 300g, bite size
Red Pepper 1pc, cubed
Cilantro, 2-4pcs
Basil leaves, 2-3pcs (garnish)
Seasoning (optional)

Heat oil in pan and add coconut milk. Add curry paste and turmeric powder. Stir until oil appears on top. Add desired meat & vegetables and stir in medium heat for 4-5 minutes until cooked. Toss cooked Fettuccine. Add seasonings to taste.
