INGREDIENTS
120g, cooked noodles
1/4 cup, olive oil
2T, garlic, chopped
3T, Asian Organics Holy Basil Sauce
150g zucchini, diced
1/2 cup, mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup, cherry tomatoes
100g, bell peppers, diced
3T, parmesan cheese (optional)
In a hot pan, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add basil sauce and cook for 1 minute using medium heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
