INGREDIENTS
Pork loin, cubed, 1lb
Asian Organics Soy Sauce, 2T
Flour, ½ cup
Corn starch, ½ cup
Egg, beaten, 1pc
Cooking oil, 2 cups
Water, ½ cup
Asian Organics Sweet & Sour Sauce, 1 cup
Carrots, 1 small, sliced
Red onion, 1 medium, quartered
Red bell pepper, 1 small, cubed
Green bell pepper, 1 small, cube
Marinate pork in soy sauce for 30 minutes and set aside.
Evenly mix flour and cornstarch and set aside.
Dip marinated pork in beaten egg then coat well with flour and cornstarch mix. Drop coated pork in preheated oil and deep fry over medium high heat until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil and set aside.
Bring to a boil water and sweet and sour sauce in a separate pan. Add carrots and simmer for 3 minutes. Toss onions and bell peppers and simmer for 4 minutes. Add fried pork, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.
