INGREDIENTS
Olive oil, 2T
Egg, 1pc, beaten
Bean sprouts, 50g
Pad Thai Noodles, 100g, cooked
Water, ½ cup
Asian Organics Pad Thai Sauce, 100g
Tofu, 30g
Chives, 20g
Peanuts
Heat oil and add beaten egg until cooked. Stir-fry bean sprouts for 2 minutes. Add cooked Pad Thai Noodles and water and simmer until noodles are tender. Add Asian Organics Pad Thai Sauce. Toss tofu and mix gently. Sprinkle with chives and peanuts. Add seasonings to taste.
