INGREDIENTS
Cooking oil, 2T
Asian Organics Holy Basil Sauce, 2-3T
Chicken fillet, 350g, bite size
Carrot, 1pc, sliced
Zucchini, 1pc, sliced
Chives, 20g
Basil leaves, 20g
Pour Asian Organics Holy Basil Sauce to a preheated oil over medium high heat and mix for 30 seconds. Add chicken cubes and sauté. Toss carrots and zucchini. Cover and simmer until cooked. Add chives and holy basil leaves.
