INGREDIENTS
300g, tofu, fried
2pcs, eggs, boiled and sliced
200g, baby potatoes, boiled
100g, green beans, blanched
100g, cucumber, sliced
100g, carrot, sliced
100g, cabbage, chopped and quickly blanched
1/2 cup, Asian Organics Organic Pad Thai Sauce
1/2 cup, beansprouts, washed and cleaned
2T, peanuts, chopped
1 stalk, cilantro
2pcs, chili peppers, chopped
1 cup, prawn crackers
Assemble tofu, eggs, potatoes, beans, cucumber, carrot, and cabbage in a salad bowl. Top with Pad Thai sauce. Garnish with beansprouts, peanuts, cilantro and chili peppers. Serve with prawn crackers.
