This is the best red curry (all their curries) I have ever had, hands down. I have always had a hard time creating dishes at home with curry and I think because most of the ones I have tried had that background preservative taste and I can’t begin to tell you how many I have tried. I even ordered some from Malaysia. I came across this in a little market in my hometown. The flavors are subtle, yet pure and authentic. No hidden background flavor. My family raves about my cooking. I love to mix the curries, use coconut milk, fresh lime, lemon grass, cilantro or Chimichurri, salt and garlic in my sauce. I put it on everything or in everything. The best! Thank you thank you!
